About This Course
This course is for you if you’re considering, or already have, responsibilities for planning, organising, monitoring, controlling and administering groups of staff.
The course teaches the understanding of the responsibility and accountability for others welfare, safety and recognising a safe, economical and productive site.
At the end of the course you will be able to:
